Scope:
Provide effective maintenance service to electrical and Instrumentation systems across the Lisbon Site. The main focus of the role is to improve plant availability, reliability and operational safety.

Responsabilities:
Provide a comprehensive electrical and instrumentation maintenance service within the installation.
Ensure that maintenance procedures, engineering standards, risk assessments and other SHHEQ requirements are kept current.
Meet OEE targets on packing lines by maximizing plant reliability.
Meet the production Plan and minimize changes to the plan.
Complete maintenance plans on time and in full.
Complete plant improvement projects as per agreed schedules.
Meet or improve all Health, Safety and Environmental targets.

Competences:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Multi-skilled in a range of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, control, instrumentation).
Self-motivated with desire for continual personal development.
Demonstration of the ability to break problems down to the root cause and provide long term solutions.
English knowledge (preferable)
Availability to work in shifts

Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience of electromechanical plant maintenance within an automated packing environment.
Experience of Predictive/Preventative maintenance techniques and regimes.

Qualifications: Professional Technical School Diploma.

Offer: 1000 base salary + shift allowance + meals + attendance bonus + public transportation card
